Relax. We have a hassle-free return policy that lets you can return any product you purchased within 10 days. The product needs to be unopened and in the original manufacturer packaging.
Product Return Process
- Sign in to your Inasquare Account, select My Orders.
- Click the 'View all' link under 'My Orders'.
- Select the item you wish to return. Click the 'Return' button.
- Select the reason for return on the 'Return Request' form and clearly describe the issue in the comments box.
- Pack your Inasquare parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
- Call 80077827 and arrange the return.
- Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up
The return may be rejected under the below conditions:
- The product has been used and or is not in its original condition
- The product has been returned without its original packaging
- The product was damaged after use/opening.
- Missing product/manufacturer tags
- The product has been perfumed or has been stained
Please note, the returns that do not comply with the above will be rejected.
products can’t be returned
We do not accept returns of innerwear, lingerie, socks, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept items in which the original packing has been tampered.
In case of a successful return
We will provide a full refund. We encourage our customers to have the freedom to choose what they would like to buy again and hence do not offer an exchange on returns.
Payment refund upon return
All returns will be covered by Inasquare, we got you covered.
Usually, we process a refund within 3 working days on receiving and inspecting the item. Depending on the bank/credit card issuer it may take an additional 2-3 working days. We do our best to ensure there isn’t any delay in the refund process.
